12-year-old fatally shoots armed intruder who threatened boy’s mom

A 12-year-old used a searching rifle to fatally shoot an armed intruder who was threatening the boy’s mom contained in the household’s Louisiana house, a report stated.

The teen, who won’t be charged, feared for his mom’s life when he pumped a bullet into Brad LeBlanc, 32, at about 7:20 a.m. on June 30 at their house east of Clinton, East Feliciana Sheriff Jeffrey Travis advised The Advocate.

LeBlanc, armed with a pistol, first approached the mom exterior their house after which pressured her contained in the residence the place a battle ensued, the report stated.

The armed suspect was then shot by the boy. LeBlanc was declared lifeless at an space hospital.

Two different suspected would-be burglars joined LeBlanc on the property and have been subsequently busted a couple of days later, the report stated.
