21 states sue Biden for rescinding Keystone XL pipeline permits

The lawsuit addressed the environmental argument. 

“Primarily, the President purports to unilaterally shutter Keystone XL to ship a climate-friendly sign to the worldwide group and safe a stronger negotiating place in his efforts to fight local weather change,” it says.
