24-year-old Ohio cop fatally shot during hours-long standoff with armed suspect

A Toledo police officer was fatally shot on Monday during a standoff with an armed suspect wished for vandalizing a cathedral, authorities stated.

Officer Brandon Stalker, 24, who was performing perimeter safety on the suspect’s house, was struck as soon as after the person walked outdoors and opened fireplace with two weapons, police stated.
