Andre Harrell celebrated with virtual party after BET tribute

Shut pals of the late music impresario Andre Harrell celebrated his life at a virtual after-party following BET’s tribute telecast honoring him Sunday.

DJ Cassidy hosted the occasion with Harrell’s cousin, O’Neal McKnight, who broke down in tears throughout the Instagram Stay celebration. Cassidy premiered Half 2 of a mixtape referred to as “Champagne & Bubbles,” which was produced by Harrell.

Robin Thicke, Naomi Campbell, Russell Simmons, Rev Run and Doug E. Contemporary have been among the starry names who popped in nearly. Harrell was laid to relaxation in New Jersey on Saturday. The longtime music exec died Could 7 in West Hollywood, Calif., on the age of 59.

Chris Rock, Mariah Carey and Mary J. Blige have been reportedly among the many stars who attended the funeral.
