Boulder shooting suspect Ahmad Alissa will appear in court today

Accused Colorado shooter Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa will appear in court for the primary time Thursday — three days after he went on a murderous rampage at a Boulder grocery store.

Alissa, 21, is charged with 10 counts of first-degree homicide for every of the victims he allegedly gunned down on Monday on the King Soopers retailer.

He will appear earlier than Choose Thomas Mulvahill for the digital listening to at 10:15 a.m. Japanese Time.

In the course of the procedural listening to, Alissa will be suggested of his rights and the fees towards him.

The following court date will even be scheduled.

It’s unclear whether or not Alissa, who officers mentioned was shot “by and thru” his proper thigh, will appear in particular person or by video.

Alissa faces life with out parole if convicted.
