Duck hunter wanted in double murder found dead in lake

An “armed and harmful” Tennessee man, who was wanted in reference to the double murder of two fellow duck hunters, was found dead Saturday.

David Vowell, 70, was found dead in Reelfoot Lake, close to the scene of the double murder, in keeping with ABC11.

Probability Black, 26, and Zachery Grooms, 25, have been on the lake in rural northwest Tennessee on Monday when Vowell approached them and obtained into an argument, prosecutors informed ABC.

It’s unclear if the duck hunters had a previous relationship.

Vowell allegedly then opened hearth and killed the duo, officers mentioned.

He fled the taking pictures scene on foot, forsaking his boat and automotive.

Vowell’s physique was found Saturday afternoon. An post-mortem shall be performed to find out how he died, the native station reviews

In a Twitter submit final week, authorities mentioned they have been canvasing the big, swampy distant space close to the Missouri and Kentucky borders for the armed double murder suspect.
