Mazatlan. The Águilas Cibaeñas, representatives of the Dominican Republic, claimed their first victory in the protection of the title in the Caribbean Series, beating the Puerto Rican Criollos de Caguas 5-1, whereas the Federales de Chiriquí from Panama defeated the Caribs of Anzoátegui of Venezuela.
