A Florida county’s former tax collector allegedly paid for intercourse with an underage lady and tapped the state’s motorcar database for information on folks with whom he was engaged in “sugar daddy” relationships, federal prosecutors stated Friday.
Joel Greenberg, a Republican, was the elected Seminole County tax collector till his resignation in June.
