Ice Cube says CNN axed interview over Trump partnership

Hip-hop icon Ice Cube tweeted Thursday {that a} scheduled interview on CNN had been abruptly scrapped following phrase of his partnership with President Trump to spend money on black communities.

“I’ve really been ban [sic] from @CNN for a number of months so I used to be stunned they even requested,” he continued. “However it looks as if they will’t deal with the reality.”

A Trump adviser revealed Tuesday that the administration had partnered with the “Straight Outta Compton” wordsmith on a “Platinum Plan” to assist black People.

In a video Ice Cube tweeted earlier within the week, he voiced a realistic willingness to work with politicians from both aspect of the aisle as long as it benefited underserved communities.

However he made clear in one other Thursday tweet that he technically hadn’t dedicated to 4 extra years of Trump.

“I haven’t endorsed anyone,” he wrote, in response to a person who dredged up a 2016 tweet through which the rapper stated he would “by no means endorse a mothaf–ka like Donald Trump.”

CNN didn’t instantly reply to a request for touch upon Ice Cube’s claims in regards to the Thursday look or the alleged earlier ban.
