A correctional officer and nurse have been allegedly killed by an inmate who went on a rampage at a state penitentiary this week, officers stated.
The unidentified inmate attacked a number of individuals the Anamosa State Penitentiary round 10:15 a.m. Tuesday, assaulting employees members and inmates, the Iowa Division of Corrections stated.
The officer and nurse died of their accidents, officers stated.
