Japanese woman accused of stalking cop who arrested her for doing same thing to another man

A Japanese woman has been busted for stalking a police officer whom she fell in “love” with — after he arrested her for doing the same thing to another man.

Kanako Onishi, 37, who lives in Kyoto, first encountered the married Nara police officer when he arrested her in October in another stalking case, in accordance to the Tokyo Reporter.

She then despatched the unidentified officer in his 40s three letters, together with one through which she requested him to marry her, the outlet reported.

“I don’t need to reside aside. I feel I’m in love,” she reportedly wrote in an April 22 letter.

Onishi was arrested once more Monday and admitted to the stalking allegations, police stated.

“I couldn’t depend on [the other police officers], so I relied on [victim],” Onishi reportedly stated.

She has been ordered to keep away from the officer, the outlet reported.
