LeBron James calls for justice for Wisconsin shooting victim Jacob Blake

LeBron James took to Twitter Monday to denounce Sunday’s shooting of a black Wisconsin man by police.

“And y’all surprise why we are saying what we are saying in regards to the Police!! Somebody please inform me WTF is that this??!!!” the hoops star tweeted.

“Precisely one other black man being focused,” he continued. “This s–t is so incorrect and so unhappy!! Really feel so sorry for him, his household and OUR PEOPLE!! We wish JUSTICE”

Viral video posted on social media Sunday exhibits Jacob Blake, a 29-year-old black man, being shot a number of instances by a white police officer throughout a home dispute name in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Blake was critically injured within the shooting and was preventing for his life after surgical procedure, his household stated Monday.

The incident, which sparked violent protests within the Wisconsin metropolis, comes after months of worldwide protests over police brutality that started with the Mary 25 loss of life of George Floyd in Minneapolis.
