An Illinois man is facing a hate crime charge for giving a Nazi salute and saying “white energy” to a mixed-race household exterior a pharmacy, police stated.
Justyn Giarraputo, 37, was arrested by cops in New Lenox Friday, someday after a lady advised investigators he made the offensive gesture and yelled the racist slogan a number of instances towards her and her three youngsters exterior a Walgreens, police stated.
The lady’s three youngsters, two of whom are black, had stayed in her automobile as she went into the pharmacy, she advised cops.
The person later recognized as Giarraputo was sitting in a automobile parked subsequent to hers when he struck his chest and made the hateful remark and gesture as she was leaving, police stated.
