Man linked to five murders admits to killing 16 people

A person suspected within the deaths of his ex-wife and 4 others — together with a South Jersey resident — has shocked authorities by confessing that he’s killed 16 people in all.

Sean Michael Lannon, 47, who was arrested by US Marshals earlier this month after a multi-state manhunt, admitted to New Jersey investigators that his alleged killing spree included “11 drug sellers,” reported.

Assistant Gloucester County Prosecutor Alec Gutierrez stated in court docket Friday that Lannon “admitted to killing a complete of 16 people.”

“Fifteen being in New Mexico and one within the state of New Jersey,” Gutierrez stated, in accordance to the information website. “It’s my understanding that the FBI is helping New Mexico of their investigation.”

Lannon, of Grants, New Mexico, is charged in New Jersey with the demise of his one-time youth mentor Michael Dabkowski, who was discovered crushed to demise in his East Greenwich Township house on March 8.

Lannon allegedly instructed cops that Dabkowski sexually abused him as a toddler and that he went to the house to acquire sexually specific photographs of the pair.

Though he has solely been charged in that killing, authorities stated he’s suspected in no less than 4 others, together with the demise of his ex-wife, Jennifer Lannon, 39.

In accordance to investigators, Lannon admitted to a witness that he “murdered his spouse and her boyfriends in New Mexico,” reported.

The couple, who had three kids, had moved from New Jersey to New Mexico earlier than they had been divorced in 2019.
