Military police prepared for deployment in Minneapolis as protesters ignore curfew

Minneapolis suffered a fourth evening of fires and looting Friday evening in defiance of an eight p.m. curfew and a contingent of 500 Nationwide Guard troopers — and now the Pentagon is getting ready to ship in the US navy.

The Pentagon ordered the Military to place a number of active-duty navy police models on alert for potential instant deployment, the Related Press reported.

Troopers are on the prepared in Fort Bragg in North Carolina and Fort Drum in New York in case they’re referred to as through the early morning Saturday. The directive got here from President Trump.
