The latest clip from Spider-Man: No Way Home showcases the infamous bridge battle with Alfred Molina’s Doc Ock.
Spider-Man: No Way Home is less than a week away, and clips from the film are starting to come out. Earlier on Friday, the first moments from the film were released and now, we have an extended look at the battle between Tom Holland’s Spider-Man and Alfred Molina’s Doc Ock.
Doc Ock is one of the many villains from past Spider-Man films who will return in No Way Home. In the clip released by IGN, we get to see that “Hello, Peter” moment, complete with Danny Elfman’s Doc Ock theme and what could be a reference to his machine from Spider-Man 2. You can watch the action-packed clip featuring the return of Doc Ock below.
Here is the synopsis for the upcoming film:
“For the first time in the cinematic history of Spider-Man, our friendly neighborhood hero’s identity is revealed, bringing his Super Hero responsibilities into conflict with his normal life and putting those he cares about most at risk. When he enlists Doctor Strange’s help to restore his secret, the spell tears a hole in their world, releasing the most powerful villains who’ve ever fought a Spider-Man in any universe. Now, Peter will have to overcome his greatest challenge yet, which will not only forever alter his own future but the future of the Multiverse.”
Directed by Jon Watts from a script written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, No Way Home stars Tom Holland, Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Tony Revolori, Martin Starr, J.B. Smoove, Marisa Tomei, Jon Favreau, Benedict Wong, Benedict Cumberbatch, Willem Dafoe, Alfred Molina, and Jamie Foxx, with Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield heavily rumored to appear.
