North Korea mentioned they are going to reduce off all communication with South Korea on Tuesday — and blamed the nation for permitting the “riff-raff” of activists floating anti-communist leaflets throughout their border.
The state information company for the totalitarian North Korean authorities mentioned the ending of communication will eliminate “pointless” contact between the international locations.
They added the choice was made by chief Kim Jong Un’s highly effective sister, Kim Yo Jong.
The Korean Central Information Company mentioned the step will “fully shut down all contact means with South Korea and eliminate pointless issues.”
“The South Korean authorities connived on the hostile acts towards (North Korea) by the riff-raff, whereas attempting to dodge heavy accountability with nasty excuses,” the state information company mentioned.
“They need to be compelled to pay dearly for this,” they added.
Activists in South Korea — together with refugees from the North — have for years floated balloons into North Korea that carry lefleats assailing the North and Kim Jong Un’s management of the rogue nation.
Final week, South Korea vowed to ban activists from flying the balloons throughout the border — hours after Kim Jong Un’s sister threatened to cancel a latest bilateral navy settlement with South Korea if the exercise continued.
Kim Yo Jong issued the warning after propaganda leaflets hid in 500,000 balloons have been despatched throughout the border this week by a number of North Korean defectors, the Guardian reported.
