In One Piece, a young boy named Monkey D. Luffy forms a pirate gang to find the famous “One Piece” wealth left by the previous Pirate King, Gold Roger, who is one of the most well-known characters in the series.

The new show One Piece was a live-action version of a Japanese manga series with the same name that has been going on since 1997. The manga is written and drawn by Eiichiro Oda.

It is a magical comedy-drama TV show with action, adventure, and comedy. Oda, along with Becky Clements, Steven Maeda, Marty Adelstein, as well as Matt Owens, is also the show’s executive producer.

In January 2020, Odo told everyone that Netflix had bought a single season with ten shows. In the same year, director Marty Adelstein told Syfy Wire that filming for the show was supposed to start in August in Cape Town but was put off due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

He said that ten stories had been written for the series and that the search for actors would begin in June. The next year, production began under the name “Project Roger,” and the show’s image came out in September 2021.

Marc Jobst was hired in September 2021 to direct the pilot episode, and in February of this year, Arisu Kashiwagi was confirmed to be the project’s creative producer and artist.

The next month, casting news started coming out, and it was revealed that Steven Maeda and Matt Owens would be co-showrunners. Bianca Oosthuizen said that one of the shows was also directed by Emma Sullivan.

One Piece Storyline:

Because there is so much to choose from, it’s hard to try to sum up the arc of One Piece or guess which parts of the narrative Netflix could decide to adapt.

One Piece is based on a book story that has been coming out almost every week since the summer of 1997. The anime version has been on the air for more than 20 years and reached 1000 episodes in November 2021.

In general, One Piece is about Monkey D. Luffy, who has the power of rubber after eating a Devil Fruit, a fruit that gives the person who eats it superpowers. He chooses to go look for the title prize so that he can call himself the King of Pirates.

Along the way, he adds new people to his group and fights different enemies all over the world as he searches for the final wealth of the dead pirate king Gol D. Roger.

Netflix hasn’t given a summary of how their version of One Piece will work, but as soon as we know more about when and where their story takes position, we’ll add more information below.

As was already said, it was already known that this show would have 10 parts. But now there are reports that the initial season of the live-action One Piece show on Netflix will only have eight scenes.

IMDb lists the live-action show as having 10 episodes, but it only has names for the initial eight of them. So, there will probably be eight or ten shows. Before we can talk about the official episode count, it’s necessary to wait for an official proof.
