“This was a stunning and surprising occasion, and the tragedy of this accident makes it troublesome to simply accept as actual,” the GoFundMe web page reads.

“These youngsters are dealing with the devastating actuality of what was simply ripped from their lives in a cut up second,” it continues, including they’re dealing with a “lifetime of bills” with out their mother and father’ assist.

Authorities are investigating what brought on the tree to fall.

“It is a very forested space,” California Freeway Patrol spokeswoman informed SF Gate.
