Portland protesters confront woman wearing swastika outside her house

Protesters in Portland squared off with a woman wearing a swastika armband Wednesday evening in entrance of her house, throughout one other evening of demonstrations within the metropolis.

The heated confrontation was caught on video, exhibiting the middle-aged woman and a bunch of black-clad protesters screaming at one another.

“Take it off! Take it off, you Nazi!” one man constantly yells on the woman, who’s on the doorstep of her house in East Portland and wearing a pink swastika armband on her left arm.

Different demonstrators level inexperienced lasers and a highlight in her face as she screams again, “I didn’t say something racist!”

The unidentified woman then shoves a protester and calls for, “Get off my property!”

The protester tells her, “Return inside your house,” warning her that she’ll get “f—ked up,” as a person in a blue T-shirt opens the door and tries to push her inside. She resists, and that’s when he tries to tear off her armband — sending her scrambling inside.

“It was fairly surreal to see that armband,” Laura Jedeed, who filmed the encounter, advised Storyful. “You’ll be able to see from the video that nobody needed to beat up some girl, however they wanted her to cease being a Nazi.”

Jedeed stated somebody threw one thing on the woman’s window, inflicting the gang to applaud, after she stopped filming.

A riot shaped outside Portland police’s East Precinct Wednesday evening, with the gang ramming the entrance doorways with 2-by-4s and lighting a fireplace, police stated.

Cops responded by deploying tear gasoline and stated a number of officers had been almost run over by a truck related to the group.
