Rukmini Callimachi’s book deal in jeopardy as NYT investigates podcast’s sources

Sources say a book deal primarily based on reporter Rukmini Callimachi’s New York Instances podcast “Caliphate” might blow up over alleged reporting lapses in the sequence.
