The video report detailing the allegations was launched by Navalny’s group on Tuesday, two days after the dissident was jailed for 30 days upon his return to Moscow. By Wednesday it had garnered over 35 million views.
Navalny, within the footage, claims that Putin allies, together with oil chiefs and billionaires, paid for the building of the $1.35 billion Black Sea palace, the BBC reported.
“[They] constructed a palace for his or her boss with this cash,” Navalny says, in keeping with the report. He added it was constructed “with the most important bribe in historical past.”

“It’s a separate state inside Russia. And on this state there’s a single, irreplaceable tsar: Putin,” he says.
