An Australian state has banned canine strolling, funerals, and outside train in a strict lockdowns to fight a COVID-19 outbreak.

South Australia on Wednesday declared a six-day lockdown that can maintain people largely confined to their properties — except one member of the family per family every day who can go away for important causes equivalent to for getting groceries, Australian outlet ABC Information reported.

“We want this circuit breaker, this group pause,” South Australian Premier Steven Marshall advised reporters.

“We’re going exhausting and we’re going early. Time is of the essence and we should act swiftly and decisively.”

The brand new restrictions will shut down colleges, universities, cafes and eating places, along with stopping weddings and funerals, the outlet reported.
