South Korea says Kim Jong Un did not have surgical procedure: report

A prime South Korean official on Sunday mentioned Kim Jong Un did not have surgical procedure or another medical process after a video of his first public look in weeks exhibits the North Korean chief with a wierd mark on his wrist, in line with a report.

A senior South Korean presidential official informed reporters that the federal government decided that Kim did not have surgical procedure, the Related Press reported, noting that the presidential Blue Home refused to supply how the intelligence evaluation was made.
