Suicide hint of West Point cadet found on Snapchat before his death

The West Point cadet who went missing for quite some time was discovered dead on the military academy’s ground, as hinted in Snapchat. According to the latest reports, the guy had probably planned his suicide and, thus, left the hint for the police to discover.

As previously reported, the cadet named Kade Kurita, left a short note on Snapchat before disappearing on October 18.

He left the residence with his M4 rifle, which was left to him for participating in an upcoming military event. However, many search teams were led out to find him, but everything went in vain when his dead body was discovered on Tuesday.

Back on Thursday, the dead body of the 20-year old cadet was found in the basement area of a building campus.

After getting the post-mortem reports, the Police concluded that probably, he shot himself to death with a 5.56 mm bullet, which came out from the versatile M4 carbine.

Though the reason behind the act has not been unveiled yet, the police hardly suspect him to harm someone. However, whether the rifle belonged to him legally or not, is suspected by the police.
