A Houston mom is accused of killing her 6-year-old son with a deadly combine of medication so as to collect his life insurance money, a report stated.
Ashley Marks, 25, was busted Wednesday for the June 2020 overdose dying of her son, Jason Sanchez- Marks, and charged with capital homicide, KHOU 11 reported.
“I consider she poisoned her baby to money in on two life insurance insurance policies she took out on her son a month prior to his dying,” Gilbert Sawtelle, a prosecutor on the Harris County District Lawyer’s Workplace stated, in accordance to the report.
Marks, a licensed insurance agent in Texas, allegedly fed her son a deadly dose of methamphetamine and a number of over-the-counter medication, prosecutors stated.
