Top vacation spots summer worldwide

The word ‘summer’ is so intrinsically linked to ‘vacation’ that when you hear the latter word, your mind automatically fills in the blank with the former. People are very eager to travel in the summer (especially when they look at their winnings from Sloto Cash), and most have a go-to list of locations that they re-visit every couple of years. However, one should always include some newness in their lives.

Thus, you should take a look at the following list of travel locations that you are sure to have a ton of fun at. With travel spots ranging worldwide, you will definitely enjoy your summer!

Machu Picchu, Peru

To start with a bang, have a look at Machu Picchu, in Peru. This travel spot is wonderfully popular for both the history nerds and the casual traveler alike. Classified as one of the Seven Wonders of the World, Machu Picchu has a very rich past.

To reach the citadel, you will most likely pass through the Imperial City, Cusco. As nearly all tourists pass through Cusco to reach Machu Picchu, you will find it to be a very accommodating place for all sorts of budgets. A word of warning: do not go immediately to Machu Picchu unless you are very used to high altitudes. You can either stay in Cusco itself, visit the Sacred Valley or go into Aguas Calientes.

In only a few days, you will be very well acclimatized. Then, you can enjoy the architecture and the sights of the Lost City of the Incas to your heart’s content.

Budapest, Hungary

Next on the list of best places to travel in summer is Budapest. This stunning city is well-known for its beauty and splendor and is widely acknowledged as one of the best cities to visit on vacation. Along with its vibrant nightlife, Budapest plays host to a variety of historical and non-historical buildings.

The most popular among them is the Hungarian Parliament Building. This gigantic and gorgeous building was completed in 1904, and along with being a tourist destination, it is still in use by the Hungarian government today. Other than that, a visit to Castle Hill, Hospital in the Rock, and St. Stephen’s Basilica is certainly a must.
