Vanilla Ice shares his secrets for never going out of style

Long before Eminem, Post Malone and Drake, Vanilla Ice became the first rapper to top the pop singles chart with his 1990 hit “Ice Ice Baby” — all while rocking his signature high-top fade pompadour and American flag jacket. Now 53, Ice (aka Robert Van Winkle) is still on the road, performing in the I Love the 90s tour on the weekends. During the week, the rapper-turned-DIY Network star — with more than 100 episodes of “The Vanilla Ice Project“ under his tool belt — is building houses for “Vanilla Ice Home Show,” a new luxury real estate series (in partnership with BrandStar), which will be out next year. The South Florida resident and #girldad to three shares with Alexa his secrets for never going out of style.
