A Milwaukee lady has admitted to setting her sleeping husband on fire because she believed that he poisoned her chicken wings, police stated.
Tuhonsty Marie Smith, 29, confessed to authorities that she had waited for her partner to go to sleep to mild his head on fire earlier this month at their residence within the Enderis Park neighborhood, information station WDJT reported.
Smith stated she had suspected him earlier within the day on June 2 of placing poison on her chicken wings.
Round four a.m. the following day, she stuffed a cup with lighter fluid, poured it on his head and used a lighter to ignite it, police stated.
Emergency responders arrived on the residence and rushed the person to the hospital with extreme burns to his chest, head, ears, fingers, neck and face.
