Yankees to give Zoom lessons to kids deprived of baseball camp

Yankees Mike Ford and David Hale are going to give lessons to kids who had been supposed to attend Rising Star Baseball Camp this summer season.

The Bronx Bombers will give three Zoom lessons to the campers, usually based mostly in New Rochelle.

The kids’ coach, Darren Gurney, mentioned, “Within the absence of the boys’ means to play, it’s so essential to proceed to foster their love of the sport and to encourage them to keep match. We’re grateful for the chance to hear from prime MLB expertise.”

Matters will embody pitching and hitting insights, in addition to how to “keep motivated” in the course of the pandemic.
